Our shades were installed today, and they look great – nice fabric. Very inconspicuous when rolled up, and nice and dark when all the way down. Even the one over the kitchen door goes practically to the floor. You did a nice job installing them.

Yesterday I met with Jennifer who was to give me ideas for window covering in our new apartment. Since she already helped me last year in our condo, I was looking forward to have her assist me once more in making the right decisions. Once again I was so pleased with her service, her input, the questions she asked, the ideas she gave me, and how, with much clarity, she was able to communicate what would work best for our windows and sliding doors.

Having never had custom drapes installed before (hello Ikea) I was a little reluctant when it came to the cost of custom tailoring and installation. But, with my unique space and ceilings I had no alternative unless I wanted my place to look like a dorm room. After approaching a few custom drapery outlets I decided to go with National Drapery because their ideas really clicked and they were willing to work with my very special requirements. They also gave me a great deal on the Sanderson fabric I really wanted (thanks Paul) and I was happy to learn their drapery is produced locally out of their Toronto location.A few months later and I still get lots of compliments on the space!

He was very useful in helping me pick out a style and fabric for my Lutron shades. The system he and his associates installed works flawlessly. I just had WOW drama drapes installed in the living room, cool romans in the kitchen and hip curtains in my daughter’s room and it all looks awesome. Josie at National Drapery is wonderful. She’s very open, friendly, helpful and professional. This is the second time I’ve gone to National Drapery; the first time was about 8 years ago for our master bedroom and our son’s room, and it was really stress-free with great results. I then recommended them to family, with also positive reviews and I’m planning my third project with them. Yong, the installer, is remarkably competent, conscientious and efficient. The great thing was that I worked with both Josie and Yong 8 years ago on my first project, and they’re still there! That says something about the company. In each experience with them, National Drapery has proven to be fast, good value for money and offer great customer service.

Amy from National Drapery was a tremendous help to me. I was needing to replace existing Roman blinds but I wanted a fabric that would change the entire look of my room. I wanted to get some drapers for my living room in my new home. I didn’t know where to start (I’ve never done renovations before!) but a good friend of mine told me to check out National Drapery for custom draperies. I thought getting custom drapes would be too expensive but I’m definitely glad I made the decision to do so. The initial visit to my home and assessment by the designer was a very rewarding experience. Funny thing is she seemed to know what I wanted for the room better than I knew myself. The designer was very knowledgeable (I believe she has a degree in Interior Design), friendly and helpful.
