Most recently, after three collections with Kravet, Barclay Butera was looking for something fresh to continue his track record of timelessly chic designs for the new season. And he did just that – with the new Sagamore collection at Kravet, the esteemed designer has managed to stay true to his traditional signature style, but with a transitional spin that has created massively appealing results. In Fact, Butera was so pleased with the outcome, he even used it in his recently renovated home.

“Sagamore is sophisticated and high-fashion with the depth and diversity of a well-rounded collection,” says Butera. “I think we achieved something very unique with Kravet.”

Inspired by the sand and sea, Sagamore borrows from its namesake’s nautical aesthetic for novelty pattern knot speed, offered in traditional blue and canvas colors. Featuring a bowline knot, reminiscent of sailing knots, this fabric is a true nod to Butera’s signature aesthetic. Colour ways, textures and patterns that capture the spirit of the costal life in the Sagamore collection can be coordinated to liven your home’s most beloved spaces.

So, if you are craving a nautical adventure, call, book an appointment or come into National Drapery’s in Toronto showroom to see the Sagamore collection in action and launch your home’s next design journey!
